BidOn ushers in a new dawn for ad tech, empowering publishers with open source tools for full monetization control, transparency and direct ecosystem connections for supply and demand, including UA. As a nonprofit driven by our community, all support is reinvested into development and education. Our dedicated in-house dev team delivers hands-on evolution and support, whilst our board ensures publisher-first decisions and seamless ecosystem balance.
We’re building a collaborative, open source infrastructure where publishers, DSPs and vendors create together to work towards freedom from mediation control and gatekeeping. Guided by our values of security, fairness and a bias for action, BidOn liberates you to experiment without barriers, and regain control through simplicity and equality of access.

Fernando Granata
Executive Director
With deep ad tech expertise, Fernando previously led Supply Operations at Chartboost (optimizing ad monetization and DSPs) and drove performance/revenue for BidMachine at Appodeal, including supply-demand teams and programmatic integrations.

Andy Ulery
Head of Partnerships
Andy is an ad tech veteran, co-founding hybrid bidding solution Aequus Ads (acquired by Moloco) and leading Supply at Moloco, closing $100M+ deals with top gaming publishers via SDKs. Andy’s expertise spans SSPs, DSPs, waterfalls, and video optimization from roles at IQzone and Optimatic.

Kenneth Wong
Board Member
Kenneth is the Senior Director of Ads Revenue at Scopely, one of the largest and most successful mobile gaming studios globally. Bringing over 15 years of experience in the mobile gaming industry, he currently oversees more than $10M in annual ad revenue for Scopely’s portfolio.

Phil Suh
Board Member
As Senior Vice President of Ad Monetization at Zynga, one of the most influential mobile game studios in the world, Phil manages hundreds of millions in annual ad revenue across Zynga’s titles. An MIT Sloan alumn and widely respected leader in mobile ad monetization and user acquisition, he brings deep expertise in scaling ad-driven revenue strategies.

Charlie Castell
Board Member
Founder and CEO of PubRev+, Charlie is a mobile ad tech veteran with 20+ years in mobile gaming and ad tech. He built and scaled ad businesses at Warner Bros. (launching their first mobile network, +$2M revenue), Scopely and TextNow (VP Revenue Ops, doubling ARPDAU via SDK optimization and innovative inventory. His expertise drives transparent, high-yield monetization for publishers.

Vincent is the Chief Marketing Officer at 52 Entertainment, a global leader in evergreen competitive gaming, uniting passionate communities through a unique portfolio of timeless, high-quality games. From bridge to classic card games, from sailing simulations to casual mobile titles, their brands bring together tens of millions of players worldwide.

Nolan Fox
Board Member
Director of Advertising at ParshipMeet Group, one of the leading international providers in dating and video-based social platforms. The group’s portfolio includes well-established, globally recognized brands that complement each other across regions and audience segments. Nolan has more than 13 years of experience in the dating and social app space, with a strong background in driving advertising growth and monetization at scale.

Vincent Février
Board Member
As Chief Marketing Officer at TapNation, Vincent led User Acquisition, Monetization, and Ad Strategy. He now works as an advisor and consultant, bringing extensive expertise in mobile growth and advertising. Previously, he held senior roles at MoPub and InMobi, where he drove publisher growth and developed advertising solutions across EMEA.
